24 oz penne pasta
2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
10 oz frozen green beans, thawed
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp toasted walnuts (substitute for pine nuts)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil
Cook the penne pasta until al dente, about 9-11 minutes
While pasta cooks, pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet, cook chicken strips until golden and cooked through, ~4-5 minutes
