A warm, creamy Crockpot spinach artichoke dip perfect for effortless entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 10 ounces frozen spinach, no need to thaw
  • 14 ounces canned artichoke hearts, well drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

1. Gather ingredients and place them on the countertop.

2. Combine onion, garlic, frozen spinach, artichoke hearts, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan, and mozzarella in the Crockpot.

3. Add cream cheese on top of the mixture without stirring.

4. Cover and cook on high for 90 minutes.

5. Stir to combine the melted cream cheese.

6. Cover and cook an additional 15–30 minutes until bubbly.

7. Serve warm with tortilla chips or preferred dippers.

Notes

Optional: Sprinkle extra Parmesan on top before serving.
