1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cups baby potatoes, halved
1 cup corn on the cob, cut into 1-inch pieces
8 oz halal smoked sausage (chicken or turkey), sliced
3 cups low-sodium chicken broth
2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp paprika
1 bay leaf
1 lemon, quartered
1/4 cup melted butter
Chop and measure all ingredients.
