4 pieces Chicken Breasts (or thighs)
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 cup Ranch Seasoning Mix
1 cup Chicken Broth
1 cup Cream of Mushroom Soup (or light cream of mushroom for lower fat)
1/2 cup Milk (or non-dairy alternative)
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 small Onion (diced)
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 tablespoons All-purpose Flour (optional, for thickening)
Sear chicken breasts in olive oil in a skillet until golden (4-5 minutes per side)
Transfer to crock pot
Add ranch seasoning, chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper
Cover and cook on high 4 hours or low 6-8 hours
