Ingredients

Scale
  • For the Noodles
  • 4 cups Ramen Noodles — Use fresh noodles for the best texture and taste
  • For the Chicken
  • 1 pound Chicken Breast or Thigh — Thighs are juicier, breasts are leaner
  • For the Spicy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper — Adjust to control heat level
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder — Adds depth and complexity
  • For the Creamy Garlic Sauce
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream — Brings richness to balance spiciness
  • 34 cloves Garlic — Freshly minced
  • 2 tablespoons Butter — Can be substituted with olive oil
  • For Garnishing
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese — Optional, for enhanced creaminess
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice — Drizzle on top before serving
  • Salt — to taste
  • Pepper — to taste

Instructions

1. Begin by gathering all your ingredients. Chop the garlic and set aside. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.

2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a splash of oil. Add chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Sauté for 6-8 minutes until cooked through.

3. In a separate pot, bring water to a boil. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, about 3-5 minutes.

4. In the same skillet, add cayenne pepper and chili powder. Stir to release aroma, add cooked chicken back into the skillet.

5. Melt butter in a saucepan, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream, stirring until smooth and slightly thickened.

6. Add cooked ramen noodles into the skillet with chicken and spicy sauce. Toss gently to coat noodles with sauce.

7. Serve hot in bowls, drizzle with creamy garlic sauce, and garnish with lime juice and Parmesan cheese.

Notes

Adjust the heat with cayenne pepper to match your spice preference. Fresh noodles are recommended for the best results. Store noodles and sauce separately for leftovers to avoid sogginess.
