Ingredients

Scale

For the Cheeseburger Filling:

1 lb (450 g) ground beef

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp ketchup (optional)

For the Dough:

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces) or homemade dough equivalent

For the Garlic Butter:

3 tbsp melted butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess fat.

3. Season: Add garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup (optional), salt, and pepper. Stir well.

4. Add cheese: Mix in shredded cheddar until melted. Let cool slightly.

5. Assemble: Flatten each biscuit dough piece, place 1–2 tablespoons of beef mixture in the center, then fold and pinch edges to seal into a ball.

6. Bake: Arrange seam-side down on baking sheet. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.

7. Prepare garlic butter: Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and Parmesan. Brush over warm bombs immediately after baking.

8. Serve: Enjoy warm with dipping sauce (ranch, ketchup, or garlic aioli).
