Notes

Use lean ground beef to reduce the fat content, or swap it for ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.

For extra flavor, try adding a squeeze of lime juice or a dash of hot sauce at the end.

If you prefer a crispier texture, increase the heat when cooking the sweet potatoes, or finish them off in the oven.

Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for added nutrition and color.

If you don’t have beef broth, you can substitute with chicken broth or vegetable broth.
