2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp grated ginger
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup cooked rice
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame seeds
Optional: kimchi, green onions, soy sauce for serving

Instructions

Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking into pieces.
Drizzle soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger over the beef. Cook 3-4 minutes until glazed.
Add bell pepper and broccoli to the skillet. Stir-fry 2-3 minutes until vegetables soften.
