This Spinach Dip Pasta Salad has all the great spinach dip flavors in one easy side dish.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Fusilli Pasta – cooked according to package instructions
  • 2 Cups Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt (more to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Parsley
  • 16 ounces Frozen Chopped Spinach – thawed and thoroughly drained
  • 5 ounces Sliced Water Chestnuts – drained and chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare pasta according to package instructions.

2. Press thawed spinach into mesh strainer to remove any liquid. Transfer to paper towels and press to remove any remaining liquid.

3. Combine all ingredients.

4. Serve cold.

Notes

Swap regular pasta for gluten free pasta if preferred.
