Creamy, fruity, and layered with love—these no-bake Strawberry Cheesecake Parfait Cups are the perfect individual dessert for parties, picnics, or a fun treat at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • Extra strawberries for garnish

Instructions

1. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.

2. In clear cups or jars, add a layer of the graham cracker mixture at the bottom. Press down gently to create the crust layer.

3. In a separate bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream gently until combined.

4. Spoon the cheesecake filling over the graham cracker crust, filling the cups about halfway full.

5. Layer freshly sliced strawberries on top of the cheesecake filling.

6. Continue to add another layer of cheesecake filling and then a layer of strawberries until the cups are filled to the top.

7. Top each parfait with extra strawberries for garnish and a dollop of whipped cream, if desired. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

These parfait cups can be made a few hours in advance and stored in the fridge until serving time. For a chocolate twist, try adding mini chocolate chips between layers. Want to sell them at school events? Use clear disposable cups with lids for easy transport.
