Ingredients
- 1 package strawberry cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil or canola oil
- Valentine’s Day sprinkles, for decoration
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, eggs, and oil until fully combined. Stir in sprinkles if desired.
3. Scoop dough into golf-ball-sized portions or about 2 tablespoons each and roll into balls.
4. Place dough balls onto a lightly greased baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
5. Gently press additional sprinkles onto the tops.
6. Bake for 9–12 minutes, or until the edges are just set and lightly golden.
7. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Serve and enjoy.
Notes
Do not overbake—cookies will continue to set as they cool.
